The health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, Look Gorgeous Premium Lash Supply does not accept any returns because we cannot restock opened or used returned products. We urge you to open and inspect your package when you receive it and contact us immediately if there is an issue with your shipment. If you wish to exchange an unopened product, please review this policy in full first and then email us at to discuss the reason for your exchange. Please note that items that are discontinued are FINAL sale.


30 Day Try-It-and-Love-It Guarantee - Applies to the Starter Kits ONLY

Look Gorgeous Lashes wants you to love your purchase! We understand this technology is new, and would love for you to try the LED gel lash system with no risk.  Try the LED system for 30 days and see if you love it! We are happy to offer a refund if you feel that this isn't for you. This return policy is for the STARTER KITS ONLY. Items purchased separately do not qualify for returns. 

Look Gorgeous Lashes accepts returns up to 30 days for the LED Gel Lash System Starter Kit, and LED Gel Lash System Plus Starter Kit. 

In order to be eligible for returns, :

  • The LED lamp must be in good, working condition. No visible damage to the lamp. 
  • The LED lamp must be sent back in all original packaging and boxes

Returns of the starter kits are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.



Our Exchange Policy

All unopened items can be exchanged for an alternative item of an equal or lesser value or for a store credit. All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your package, otherwise, the sale is FINAL. Items need to be returned first before the exchange is shipped out.

Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 7 days for us to process your exchange or store credit. Exchanged items can be sent out with your next order, as long as we receive the items being returned. Kindly email us at with your order number and we will be happy to assist you. Customers returning a product are responsible for ALL shipping fees. If an entire order is returned & free shipping was applied, this fee will be deducted from the store credit.



Canceling or Changing an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged, or shipped cannot be canceled.




When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order.  Please manage your subscription through the link.
